This evokes the historical Roman and Etruscan origins. This house stretches out on a 250 hectare estate were guests can take walks or bicycle tours along tracks of trekking. .. The places around are rich in history, culture and spirituality: Assisi, Cascia, Todi and Perugia, Orvieto There is a big swimming pool, a natural solarium, a reading room with an external arcade which together with various terraces offer a fine view. Ground floor, it's independent from the rest of the house. It has external veranda. Living room has a fireplace, open plan kitchen and a double sofa bed.
