It is a 200 sqm building which used to host the stables of the main villa and it was entirely restored in 2007. It is located on top of a small hill (Collerisana) about two kilometers away from Spoleto.The main floor holds a large apartment with living room cum fireplace, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom and two bathrooms. A staircase leads to the floor below which can be used either independently (one bedroom + bathroom and a living room with couch and kitchenette) or as part of the main apartment. Another apartment (bedroom + bathroom and living room plus ktchenette) is adjacent to this one . The way the home is furnished now (mostly antique furniture) it can sleep eight. More couches can be added to sleep eleven comfortably. Availability on request.
