This property provides a nice garden and a beautiful furnished terrace (partially covered) with panoramic views over the surrounding landscape. The pool is approx. 50 m from the house away. The villa is on two levels (both with access on to the outside) and provides large and cozy interiors. The property key-holders live on the premises, in a small share of the house but do not use the outside areas or the swimming-pool. The key-holders (very nice people) take care of the daily cleaning of the house (2 hours a day) and are available to prepare nice dinners to taste local recipes. The access to the property is via 1 km of an unpaved but well-maintained road. Distances: Otricoli with all kinds of shops 3 km, Orte (railway station with daily trains to Rome) 10 km away, Narni 15 km, Terni 30 km away, the charming town of Orvieto 50 km away, Rome (airport) only 70 km away. At guests disposal: large equipped garden, private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m – depth from 0,7 to 2,2 m – open from 01/06 to 30/09) with shower (cold water), barbecue, large furnished terrace accessible from the living-room and the kitchen, bread-oven (usable only with the assistance of the key-holders).
