Dear Marina
Firstly, apologies for taking so long to get back to you. Since arriving back in the UK I have been busy. I had hoped to be able to supply you with some photographs of our stay in Spello, but none were of a standard I would wish to share to you – if any really good ones become available I’ll forward to you in the future.
Please thank Guiseppi and Gioepina for their hospitality when we were in Spello. There kindness was wonderful (the gifts they gave to the ladies were very well received).
Residenza Isabella was fantastic as ever. The hot weather made it even better, but some of the group found this a bit too hot to put up with when we were walking 20km some days. We found the residenza excellent for a walking group (which numbered twenty people). We managed to do all our walking using the train either to get to the start or to come back from the walk. The accommodation is well appointed and the well managed. Offering excellent facilities to a very high standard, which is comfortable and relaxing.
The cooking facilities in the accommodation well met our needs catering for such a large group as ours. We were able to dine in the garden or under the veranda (when it rained) as a single group by putting all the tables together. We divided the cooking, so that the two kitchens in the main house were used to prepare food (we tended to cook downstairs and prepared salads up stairs). We used the outside wood oven one day very successfully along with the barbeque. In discussion with the rest of the group we felt there were no real issues with the properties and all thought the accommodation very good. One area that we thought could be enhanced is the sofa bed area on the top floor in the main farmhouse. To give more privacy to the people sleeping here a simple curtain across the entrance would work well. [the couple who slept there also thought the mattress was a little thin – perhaps a thicker mattress would be an improvement].
Next time we are in your part of Umbria we will try and stay in Residenza Isabella.

This apartment is wounderful. Perfectly located and quiet. The space feels so comfortable, and it is very nice size. The inner terrace is especially beautiful and relaxing. Everything I needed, I had. I couldn't hope for more. MArina is great about inmediately responding about any concerns.

We stayed in Apartment 1 for a week and loved it. It is incredibly spacious and full of light. It is a beautiful, clean apartment right in the centre of Spoleto. I have been to Spoleto many times and I couldn't ask for a better location. The apartment is modern with everything you need and has a gorgeous little terrazza. It is located perfectly so that you can access all the shopping areas - Piazza del Mercato, Piazza Garibaldi and Corso Mazzini yet despite being so central it is very quiet at night. The lounge and main bedrooms are very large and my children loved the upstairs loft. I can't speak highly enough of the manager Marina who was extremely helpful. She is fantastic. The photos don't do this apartment justice. I am so glad I found it and would not hesitate to recommend it. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Hi Marina. Just wanted to thank you again for being so organized about our reservations in Spoleto. It's a little scary to rent a house over the internet, sight unseen, in another country, but you followed through and made us all feel ok about it.
We're still in touch with Millina by email, and she's on Facebook, so that's fun. Nice people!
Not sure if/when we'll be back to Italy, but if we go to Spoleto again, we'll definitely rent through you.

Thank you so much for such a memorable first stay in Spoleto. The apartment was perfect and exactly what I need for a succesful trip. Quiet, comfortable and perfectly located in the center. We have had a wonderful time staying here in Spoleto on our honeymoon, particularly having such a lovely place to stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, quiet and beautifully furnished. We loved the terrace and spent many our evenings out there drinking good local wine! The apartment is also ideally located close to shops, resaturants & historic monuments.

Marina was always so friendly and always happy to help us with any question, for example she arranged some cooking lessons & Italian lessons for us which we very much enjojed. We would highly reccomend both, the apartment and Marina's services to anyone looking for a lovely holiday stay.

We have throughly enjoyed our stay in these lovely apartments. They are clean and well appointed and very central to shops and restaurants.
Perfect for all our requirements, Marina was very friendly and helpful showing us where everything was and any queries we had she was more than happy to help us with at any time.
We would love to stay here again!

Thank you to help us to discover Umbria!! These places are really magic!! Spoleto, Spello, Assisi, Todi...We will miss them!! The apartment was perferct: elegant, well situated in front of the Teatro Nuovo where We saw the magnificent opera "Cenerentola" !!!
